A collection of smart devices became a coordinated system: local signals describe what is happening, named zones give those signals context, and a shared message bus connects that context to action.

Coffee Dialer connects the bag, the equipment, and the history of each brew. Extraction gets a recipe into the system; calibration makes it usable; a shot log makes the next adjustment informed.

A hand-curated directory, a restricted browser shell, and a network allowlist shape a deliberately small browsing experience. The interface is simple because the boundaries underneath it are explicit.
